Why hasn’t my request to a friend gone to the person?

Facebook has been designed as a platform to connect with friends, family and other people you know in the real world.  If you are seen as requesting too many friends in a short period of time or the people receiving the invitations have flagged you as a potential spammer then Facebook may revoke you friends privilege.

Please remember to just send requests to your real friends or your account will be limited.
